With us a consultation lasts 45 to 60 minutes, with preparation and wrap-up time in the diary. Our occupational physicians work on site at the client, with a settled team of employability advisers behind them.

- Senior employability adviser Not a process-only case manager but a process lead: involved in the file alongside the occupational physician, and the contact for complex reintegration. Employed, up to 32 hours per week € 3,650 – € 4,500
- Employability adviser For anyone already guiding absence as a case manager or from HR, who is missing the substantive side of the file. Employed, up to 32 hours per week € 3,250 – € 4,750
- Occupational physician, trainer or supervisor For the experienced occupational physician who wants to guide our physicians in training for a few fixed hours a week alongside their own work. Freelance, 4 or 8 hours per week € 175 – € 200 per hour
- Occupational physicianCurrently closed Consultations of 45 to 60 minutes, preparation and wrap-up time in the diary, and supervision of our physicians in training. Employed, 24 to 40 hours € 9,500 – € 11,500

We train our own
The Netherlands has too few occupational physicians, and we will not solve that by hunting each other's people. So we train our own, from junior doctor to registered occupational physician, with supervision by our own physicians and the training costs covered.
