What you will be doing
As an experienced occupational physician you support our occupational physicians in training as a practice trainer and supervisor. At fixed moments in the week you discuss live cases and guide trainees through their specialist training.
This is very much a role for occupational physicians who want to hand over a fixed number of hours a week alongside their work at another occupational health service or in their own practice, one or two half-days for instance. Do you work part-time at another service? That is no problem for us. The guidance runs mainly by phone and video call.
Who we are looking for
- A registered occupational physician with broad practical experience.
- You have completed the practice trainer course, or you would like to. We can arrange the funding.
- You enjoy passing your knowledge on to occupational physicians coming up.
What we offer
- A fixed number of freelance hours per week, 4 or 8 for instance.
- An hourly rate of 175 euros for supervision.
- An hourly rate of 200 euros as a practice trainer.
- Funding for the practice trainer course where relevant.
