The terms that apply to assignments given to Dokter Beter B.V.
This text has not been adopted yet. Below is what the arrangement covers and where you end up; the full, signed version is being drawn up at the moment. If you need it now, for a procurement process for instance, just ask us for it.
What they cover
The terms set out what you and we may expect from each other during an assignment: how an assignment comes about, what we deliver, how invoicing works, and what applies when an appointment is cancelled or an employee does not turn up for a consultation.
What they do not cover
The medical assessment itself does not fall under these terms but under the professional rules for occupational physicians and under medical confidentiality. In that respect an occupational physician is independent, from us as well.
If you disagree with an assessment
If you disagree with the occupational physician's advice, you or your employee can request an expert opinion (deskundigenoordeel) from the Dutch employee insurance agency UWV. If it is about the service itself, the complaints procedure is the way to go.
