What you pay per month
The rates per half-day and per day are starting prices.
What you pay per month depends on two choices: a half-day or a full day, and how often you want to see the physician.
How often you want to see us
You choose how often the physician comes, for instance weekly, every two weeks or monthly. The more often the physician comes, the higher your monthly amount.
Half-day or full day
A full day costs less than two half-days, because the physician only has to travel and get started once. Smaller organisations that share a physician usually choose a half-day.

Questions about cost and terms
Are there fixed costs on top of the cover?
You pay per half-day or per day for regular cover: a number of half-days or days a month, with one month's notice. On top of that we charge a fixed monthly amount for the system and the link with your absence system. That amount is €0 per month, excluding VAT.
Do the amounts include VAT?
No, all amounts shown exclude VAT.
Do we pay travel costs?
Yes. Travel costs are separate from the rate and are charged based on travel time. We match a physician from your own region, so that travel time stays as short as possible.
What if an employee does not turn up?
You pay for the half-day, not per conversation. The physician fills a no-show with the walk-in clinic or with a conversation with the manager.
Can we scale up in between?
Yes. If absence rises, we add half-days or days. If it comes down, you scale back again.
