What happens to personal data, and who is responsible for what.

Two separate streams
Medical data processed by the occupational physician falls under medical confidentiality. The physician does not share it with the employer. You only receive what you need in order to adjust the work: what someone can and cannot do, and for how long. The diagnosis is not part of that.
What we process about you
For scheduling and invoicing we process data about your organisation and about the contacts within it: name, role, email address, phone number and the location where the consultation takes place.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we process about you, have it corrected or have it erased. Send such a request to [email protected]. If we cannot work it out together, you can turn to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
